CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Items you Rent:

  • You may be eligible to receive a partial or full refund of cancelled rental garments if cancellations are made a minimum of four weeks prior to the date of the event. Cancellations made less than 4 weeks prior to the event are subject to a $60 cancellation fee.

Items you Purchase:

  • Refunds or exchanges will be issued on unused retail merchandise returned in the original packaging and with the original receipt within 30 days.
  • No returns or exchanges will be issued without a receipt
  • No refunds will be issued on special orders or used merchandise

Form of Refund Payment

  • All payments that were made by credit card will be refunded by credit card.
  • All payments that were made by cash will be refunded via company check. Allow twenty-one business days.

All rental shipments are handled internally and are shipped from our warehouse to the retail location for pick up
